Belt presses are mainly used till 4t/h (single belt presses) and till 25 tons/h (double belt presses, per pressing line)
What is the pressure for belt press? The pressure of a belt press is comparable with ca. 40 tons (MT, metric tons) of an average Packing press in terms of dewatering process.
How much does a belt press cost? Starting from ca. 16000 EUR for a Premium Machine, up to serveral hundred thousands of Euros.

Single belt press vs. Double belt press. What is the difference?
Single belt presses are perfect for hard input products and are economic in invest. Double belt presses are rather better for soft input products and higer hourly capacities. (>3 tons/h) the prices of single blet presses are ca 15% lower than prices for double belt presses (at same capacity).
